Seth Pinson

About

Seth is a native of Cookeville, Tennessee. He attended Abilene Christian University and earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School in 2012. After graduating, he returned to Cookeville and practiced primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law and general civil litigation.

After marrying, he passed the Kentucky Bar in 2016 and practiced in Kentucky for several years in a mid-sized firm in Lexington, where he concentrated his practice on real estate litigation, business transactions and insurance defense, litigating hundreds of real estate disputes, learning the complexities of business/transactional work and defending large business and governmental entities in the areas of premises liability and auto accidents. Seth is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Kentucky. He speaks Spanish fluently.

Because of Seth’s wide range of past experience, he is equally accomplished planning and drafting the documents for estate plans and complex business transactions, or litigating cases in the areas of real estate, accident and injury law, automobile negligence, criminal defense and family law. Mr. Pinson has successfully tried jury and bench trials and argued hundreds of motions. He has also handled multiple appeals in both Tennessee and Kentucky. With his comprehensive background, Seth is a planner and litigator equally astute at helping you properly structure the sale of your business, getting justice after your car accident, or defending you from criminal prosecution.
