About Us

With over 150 years of combined legal experience, the attorneys at Chaffin, Fitzpatrick & Pinson, have the experience to solve your problem. Our attorneys and staff live here in the Upper Cumberland, and we are a part of this community. We have dedicated our lives to the practice of law here, serving our friends and neighbors. We all have successful and extensive trial experience in front of judges and juries throughout the region, and we have hearings on a daily basis. We know how to fight, and when your case calls for it, we will.

However, we also know that you come to us for advice and understanding of the complex legal system. Most people who come to our office are filled with anxiety. While we handle hundreds of cases each year, you only have one case and it is probably the most important thing going on in your life. We pride ourselves on a client focused approach and we will take the time to listen to you, understand your problem, and develop a plan of action that fits your personal needs and objectives.
