About

Mike O’Mara has been a resident of Cookeville since 1975, when he was first licensed to practice. In the ensuing 40-plus years, he has practiced in many areas, including civil and business litigation; business formation and consulting; real estate transactions and litigation for owners, purchasers and banks; healthcare, both business and litigation; estate planning and probate; and for a number of years, municipal law.

Mike is a native of Orlando, Florida, and graduated in the charter graduating class of the University of Central Florida in 1970. He earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1975.

Mike’s practice is now limited to his “Of Counsel” position with the firm and serves primarily as a resource for the other attorneys in the firm.
