About

Luke Chaffin is a native of Gainesboro, Tennessee. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He earned his Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama, in 2004. After graduation, Luke returned to the Upper Cumberland to practice, where he has been licensed to practice law since 2004.

Luke’s practice includes criminal defense, general civil litigation, family/domestic relations, estate planning/probate, car/trucking accidents (personal injury) and real estate.

Luke has a busy, thriving practice. He has extensive bench and jury trial experience in both civil and criminal matters throughout the Upper Cumberland and Middle Tennessee. Luke is a staunch advocate for his clientele and gives his best effort to every case.
