About

Blake is a litigation attorney handling a variety of cases throughout the state of Tennessee including, but not limited to, personal injury, car wrecks, insurance defense, property disputes, probate matters and family law. Blake handles jury trials, bench trials and cases at the Court of Appeals. He is committed to providing the best possible representation to all his clients. Blake was born and raised in Cookeville, Tennessee and is married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer Fitzpatrick, who was also born and raised in Cookeville, Tennessee. Blake completed his undergraduate studies at Tennessee Technological University (“TTU”) and attended law school at Belmont University College of Law, where he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Upon graduating from Belmont, Blake moved back to Cookeville and has been practicing law in Cookeville since 2016.
